Ten Nigerian Cyber Fraudsters Nabbed by Ghana Police
Ten Nigerians suspected to be web fraudsters, have been
captured in a house at Ashongman Estate, Accra, by the Kwabenya Police
The suspects are distinguished As:
Precious stone Andy, 22, Benson Romeo, 20, Randy Samuel, 25,
Kelvin Agho, 23, Osas Igbo, 21, David Okondu, 23, Praise Onyekwena, 22, Ohis
David, 25, Duru Wisdom, 22 and Uyi Ighodaro, 24.
Six web modems, 54 distinctive SIM cards, 9 workstations and
5 cell phones were recovered from them. The suspects, as per DSP James Aseidu,
District Commander of Kwabenya Police Station, who drove the task, had set up
PCs in a room.
The Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, DCOP George
Alex Mensah, said the captures were made on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 around
2pm. "The suspects are regularly not seen amid the day and frequently move
out during the evening ordinary to mess around with companions.
Police likewise found that the suspects don't work however
lead lavish ways of life in the zone.
This provoked the police to strike the said house to capture
the suspects," he said.
