Nigerian Man Kills his Mother Over Pocket Money
Nigerian Man Emmanuel Eghaghe a 27-year-old man, is currently on the run for allegedly beating his own mom to death who declined to give him an entirety of N20,000 after he went to the 61-year-old lady at her shop on Jinadu Street, Ajangbadi, Lagos State, on July 6, 2018.
As per reports Emmanuel informed his mom, Helen, that he required the total for pocket money.
He purportedly descended to viciousness when the elderly lady said she couldn't manage the cost of the sum, hammering her head on the wall in an attempt to get the cash by violence.
She was said to have sustained an inflicted damage on the head while blood spouted which led Emmanuel to flee the scene.
An anonymous occupant revealed that,
"The sister of the suspect has a hotel in the area. She was alleged to have provided her mother with a lodging in one of the rooms and likewise opened a shop for her in front of the hotel.
On that day, the suspect approached his mom requesting she give him N20,000 take away cash for his spending.
"The lady said she didn't have that sort of cash. He pushed her to the wall and broke her head in the
course.
There were bloodstains all over and the lady inevitably kicked the bucket in a doctor's facility.
He fled instantly and presently can't seem to be found. His sister was abroad and she was wanting to move him there. A resident informed the lady's sibling and he set out to Lagos from Benin.
I was amazed why a youngster would do such a coldblooded thing to his mom."
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, affirmed the episode, taking note of the facts and propelled a manhunt for the suspect.
